Schedule

We offer a variety of class options to fit almost anyones schedule. Eight classes each weekday including New Member Onboarding and CrossFit classes combined with the Open Gym blocks and 1:1 Personal Training blocks. Saturday also has a dedicated CrossFit class and a Nutrition block for new or interested members.

  • 7:30am - 8:30am - CrossFit

  • 9am-12-pm - Open Gym/Personal Training

  • 12pm-1pm - CrossFit

  • 1pm - 4pm - Open Gym/Personal Training

  • 4pm-5pm - CrossFit

  • 5pm - 6pm - CrossFit

  • 6pm - 7pm - CrossFit

  • 7pm - 8pm - Beginner Class
